How to do it the Vista Way:
- Open the control panel.
- Select Folder Options and make the necessary changes.
- Close the control panel.
If you get irritated by the vista way, then there is an option to bring the feature back to windows explorer menu.
- Click on --> Start --> Run and
- Type gpedit.msc and press enter.
- In the Group Policy editor, select --> User configuration.
- Under Administrative templates, select windows components and under it select windows explorer.
- In the context list, locate the setting “Remove the Folder Options menu item from Tools menu”.
- Double click on it and set it “Disabled”.
- There you got back your Folder options back on the Tools menu
